Having worked in communications, marketing and media management for almost twenty years, I’m very experienced at developing effective, action-based PR plans.

Most recently I’ve focused on producing comms work for arts and heritage projects – such as art galleries, community events, film and literary festivals – but my wealth of digital and conventional marketing knowledge has seen me successfully work in both the private and public sectors.

Some of my clients and freelance contracts (including strategic planning, business development, audience research and social media engagement) have been: Bideford Bay Creatives, The Burton Art Gallery, Dorset Youth Association, b-side Media, Volvo, Land Rover, Hampshire Police, Portsmouth City Council, Connexions, Dorset County Council, The Jane Austen Centre (Bath), Film Mendocino, FilmLA (California) and the Safer Portsmouth Partnership.

All of this work has involved stakeholder liaison, working with Trustees/Boards of Directors and Chief Executives, as well as hands-on promotion at trade fairs, events and networking conferences. All of which I do with passion and enthusiasm.
